In uncertain times we all need someone to turn to. There are many organisations out there who can help with almost any thing you need. Please feel free to email us with either a question or brief overview of any problem you are experiencing.

We will then post the advice on the site to help others. You will remain anonymous at all times unless otherwise agreed. Where we can’t help directly or feel another organisation is more qualified to help we will, with your permission arrange a meeting with them.

Also, come to one of our advice groups.  Each session will feature guest speakers on a variety of topics covering budgeting, life advice from a Jewish perspective, weight management, redundancy, Jewish identity and much much more.
